You have 30 days after receiving your watch to request a return. Items must be unworn and in the original box. Engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
Every Halden watch has a 2-year warranty against movement and manufacturing defects. If your watch stops or arrives damaged, email us a photo and we send a replacement at no cost.
